We pray that every step you take on this path of seeking Islamic knowledge is counted as an act of worship before Allah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever treads a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make easy for him the path to Paradise.”
We know that Shaytan will try his best to keep you away from this blessed journey. So once you enroll in any course, make a firm intention to see it through to the end. Almafaz is always here to support you.
However, unexpected circumstances can arise in life. For such situations, our refund policy is outlined in detail below.
1. Private Live Classes
A free trial class is available before enrollment, so the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If a refund request for the monthly fee is submitted at least 24 hours before the class begins, a full refund will be issued.
- If a student is unable to continue after classes have begun, only the charge for the days already attended will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If a class does not take place due to the teacher’s absence or technical issues on their end, the class will be rescheduled or the amount for that class will be refunded.
- If a student needs time off, leave must be requested in advance. Absences without prior leave will not be refunded, however a reschedule request may be submitted.
2. Elite Live Batches
Refunds are not applicable once a batch has begun. However, the paid fee may be transferred to another course or used to enroll another person.
- If a batch is cancelled at least 48 hours before it begins, a full refund will be issued.
- If Almafaz cancels a batch, a full refund will be issued.
- If a student finds the batch unsuitable, they may request a transfer to Private Live Classes before completing 3 classes.
- If the teacher is absent, a backup class will be arranged. If a student misses a class, the recording of that class will be made available.
3. Recorded Courses
- If access is obtained through an automatic payment method, a refund will not be issued. However, the amount may be applied toward any other course.
- If a student is unsatisfied with the course content or learning experience, a refund request may be submitted within 5 working days of purchase and only if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- If a technical error on our end prevents access and is not resolved within 3 working days, a full refund will be issued.
- If the same course is accidentally purchased twice, the amount for one purchase will be refunded.
- If Almafaz removes a course from the website before the student has had the opportunity to access it, a full refund will be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us via email with the following information:
- Email address and phone number used for sign-up and course purchase.
- Order number and payment receipt.
- Course name and details.
- A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
5. Refund Process
- The Almafaz team will review your request within 3 working days. Additional information or clarification may be requested during this time.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days, insha’Allah.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your request has been received.
- Service Charge: A deduction of 10% will be made from the course fee to cover transaction and service charges.
- Access-Based Deduction: The refund amount may vary depending on how much of the course content has been accessed.
6. Changes to This Policy
Almafaz reserves the right to add to or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the website. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
